Brewster Madrid is hosting their second annual City-Wide Spring University Fair, free and open to the public, on February 20th, from 13:00-17:00 at our Chamberi Campus (near Quevedo Metro Station). Students both from Brewster Madrid as well as from schools in the wider Madrid community will be in attendance.
We will have over 35 universities from 12 different countries as well as organizations like ETS, TOEFL, and GRE Testing to speak to along with companies offering help with Sports Scholarships and more. Snacks and beverages will be provided, both for the universities as well as students and families in attendance.
For universities, there will also be a networking social with other college counselors in Madrid after the fair - stay tuned for more information on this!

Information for Students and Families
- 1:00-1:40 - Welcome picoteo for universities (snacks, beverages, social and set up)
- 1:45-2:30 pm - workshop session 1 (Brewster Students)
- 2:35-3:15 pm - workshop session 2 (Brewster Students)
- 3:15-3:30 pm - set up time for uni fair; student snack break
- 3:30pm - 5:00pm - university fair (open to the Madrid community)
- 5:00-7:30 pm - university rep and counselor networking social
Information for Universities
- Please arrive at 1:30pm to have a tour of the campus and to get set up - we will have coffee/tea/snacks available for you.
- From 2:00 pm - 3:15 pm we will have you in small groups for the workshops for students - you will have a Brewster teacher in the room with you at all times for tech support.
- There will be a 15 min break from 3:15 pm - 3:30 pm for you to have a coffee/tea/restroom break as well as get set up for the university table fair.
- From 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm there will be students from Brewster Madrid, the wider Madrid community, as well as families coming to circulate through your tables.
We will end at 5pm to give you time to go back to your hotel, get settled and refreshed. From 7 pm - 9 pm we will have a networking social with university reps and counselors from the wider Madrid international school community to engage in conversation and collaboration over beverages and tapas.
